Information we collect
We only collect what you give us when you ask for an FAG bearing quote, either through the enquiry form on this website or by contacting us yourself on WhatsApp or by email. We do not ask for payment card details, ID numbers or account passwords on this website.
1.1 Enquiry form
The enquiry form has exactly four fields:

1.2 Information you send to us yourself
When you contact us on WhatsApp or by email, we also receive whatever you choose to attach, typically:
- Model lists and bills of materials, such as bearing positions, FAG references, specified vibration or temperature versions, and mounting accessories like housings, adapter sleeves and withdrawal sleeves.
- Photos of bearing markings, nameplates, failed parts or received goods.
- The contact details shown in your WhatsApp profile or email signature.
How we use your information
We use your information only to handle your FAG bearing enquiry and order, from checking references to sorting out problems after delivery. We do not use it for unrelated marketing.

We check the exact version, the full assembly and any separately marked alternatives before we quote. Any technical change needs your approval.

WhatsApp and email are third-party services
WhatsApp and email are run by third-party providers, so messages and files you send that way are also covered by those providers' own privacy policies and terms. FAG Bearing Supplier has no control over how those providers process data.

Who we share information with
We share personal information only with logistics providers, and only what they need to ship your order and prepare its transport documents. We do not sell, rent or trade personal data.
- Typically shared with carriers or forwarders: consignee name, contact number, delivery address and the shipment details needed for transport documents.
- Never shared for marketing: your enquiry content, model lists and photos.
- We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
Data retention and security
We keep enquiry and order information only as long as we need it to quote, deliver, handle discrepancies and meet legal or accounting obligations. After that, we delete it or make it anonymous.
How we protect it
- Only people handling your enquiry or order can see it.
- We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to prevent loss, misuse or unauthorised access.
- No method of sending or storing data over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
